Hi! I’m Tierani,

Throughout my life, I tried just about every sport I could: gymnastics, flag football, soccer, competitive cheer, cross country, softball, track, and my ultimate love--basketball.

Even though I am 5'3, basketball seized my heart. I was not going to let my size stop me from playing. My senior year of high school, our team went 30-0 and won the state championship. Ultimately, I earned a scholarship to play at the JUCO and DII levels. In both divisions, I was able to be a part of conference championship teams. Although I have retired, I am forever thankful for my time as a basketball player.

I grew up in a family obsessed with sports. We thrived on competition. Sports were a constant presence in our home and on our televisions. Our greatest passion? Oklahoma Sooners football. Every gameday, we were either in the stadium or hosting watch parties. In my family, we are definitely Sooner born, Sooner bred, and when we die--we will be Sooner dead.

At home, I am a wife to my wonderful husband Chad. He is a former college golfer, and I enjoy learning the game from him. Although we do not have children, we have a pocket beagle named Zeno. He has all the powers of a regular-sized beagle, just in a smaller body...he is the best! In my spare time, besides enjoying sports, I love karaoke and all things Harry Potter.
